Medical Camp

The father of our county Mahatma Gandhi believed that a country's real wealth is not in the things it produces or the industries it establishes, rather the country's real wealth depends on the health of its citizens. He was right in saying this because even if we have great achievements and enormous wealth but are not healthy - they are of no use.
At Mahima, we believe that the health of people is the most important factor in developing the nation. We have conducted many Medical camps under the name of two trusts who are connected to each other namely Mahima Charitable Society and Mahima Christian Fellowship.
 GatheringWe inform the people in the location while explaining the purpose of the camp, gathering them with number cards for a smooth operation of the medical camp. |  VolunteersThey prepare number cards and a note for the doctor to write down the prescription while also maintaining the order during the medical camp. Providing fun activities of balloons for the children or any available activity for the people. |  Our TeamWe prepare the medicine counter with the medicine's brought in - call in the doctor and introduce him to the available medicine to prescribe to the people. |

During the Medical camp we put in our best efforts to treat patients and provide them with medication and other medical aid. The Medicines which the presiding doctor prescribes to the patients are provided free of cost at the Camp venue.
The Medical camps organized by Mahima Charitable Society have always been supported by generous donors who aim to help and bring about change in the society.
